Taylor Swift Announces Huge Stadium Tour For Australia And New Zealand

With the new album 'Reputation' out now, Taylor Swift is supporting the album with a huge world tour. The pop singer has now announced that she will be touring down under in the countries of both Australia and New Zealand.

Taylor Swift announced the tour on her official Facebook page. She will be visiting four cities in Australia and only one city in New Zealand. Check out the announcement below.

'Taylor Swift's reputation Stadium Tour is coming to Australia and New Zealand! The 24-hour TaylorSwift.com presale begins Tuesday, December 12, and general on-sale is Friday, December 15th.'

It will be a long wait because all of the dates are in late 2018.

Swift will have to tour other parts of the world before she is able to visit the Southern Hemisphere. You can check out all of the tour dates below.

  • 19th October, 2018 at Optus Stadium in Perth
  • 26th October, 2018 at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne
  • 2nd November, 2018 at ANZ Stadium in Sydney
  • 6th November, 2018 at The Gabba in Brisbane
  • 9th November, 2018 at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland

Although this is big news, many fans are kind of disappointed she is not able to visit more cities.

In Australia, many people living in Adelaide are missing out. Not to mention cities in New Zealand like Christchurch and Wellington are getting snubbed too.

Tickets to all of the concerts are expected to sell out very quickly.

It's possible Swift could announce additional concert dates if demand is very high. This is why there are gaps in the tour dates in order to slot in additional shows.

Swift's new album 'Reputation' is out now and is an improvement over her '1989' outing. She is likely going to have a setlist that covers all of her greatest hits.

She already has six albums already in her young career! You can click here for more additional information about tour dates.
